He has practiced his profession for more than thirty-five (35) in the areas of Commercial, Civil, Criminal, Administrative, and Labor Law, mainly, having represented and consulted a large number of national and international companies, which among others are: AGRICAP ( USA), Alcor International, American Airlines Inc. Member of the Zepeda Avilés, Castro Law Firm (1978 – 1983), member of the Ortez Colindres y Asociados Law Firm (1983 – 1998) and founding member of the Castro y Asociados Law Firm since 1998. In the Public Administration he has served as Legal Advisor of the Development Center Industrial (CDI), Legal Adviser to the National Registry of Persons, National Elections Tribunal, Adviser to the National Congress of the Republic, Head of Hunting and Fishing Control and Head of Environmental Control, in the Secretary of Natural Resources. Clerk, Receiver and Secretary of the Second Civil Court of First Instance, of the Department of Francisco Morazán. (1970-1974).
Due to his national career within sports in Honduras, he has been the representative of the State before the Honduran Swimming Federation and the Autonomous Sports Confederation of Honduras, in the performance of these high positions he has held the representation of his Country in various sporting events at the national level and international, being a member of the legal commission of the Ibero-American Sports Council (CID) and President of the Legal Commission of the Council of the Central American Isthmus of Sports and Recreation (CODICADER).
He is currently a legal advisor to several national and foreign companies.
