He was the first Secretary of the Court of Appeals for Administrative Litigation, since the Administrative Litigation Jurisdiction was organized and founded, supporting the operation and organization of the first Court of First Instance and Court of Appeals for this matter.
He has had extensive experience in the courts of justice, as an employee and career civil servant for 19 years, holding different positions from concierge to Titular Court Judge. He has jurisdictional experience in his independent professional practice, being a lawyer for various public and private institutions. With specialty on the matter of the Jurisdiction of Administrative, Labor and Civil Litigation.
